2. Service Description

ByteDream provides AI-powered lead generation and social network advertising services. Our platform helps businesses identify, qualify, and connect with potential customers through various social media channels. The Service includes:

• AI-powered lead identification and qualification
• Multi-platform social media advertising campaigns
• Lead tracking and analytics
• Campaign optimization and reporting

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have the legal authority to enter into this agreement
• Provide accurate and complete information during the application process
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

ByteDream reserves the right to approve or reject applications at our sole discretion.

4. Pricing and Payment Terms

Our pricing is based on a per-qualified-lead model with the following structure:

• Starter Plan: $40 per qualified lead
• Professional Plan: $50 per qualified lead
• Enterprise Plan: $60 per qualified lead

Payment terms are net 30 days from invoice date. Late payments may incur additional fees. All prices are subject to change with 30 days written notice.

5. Lead Quality Standards

A "qualified lead" is defined as a prospect who:

• Matches your specified target customer profile
• Has demonstrated genuine interest in your product or service
• Has the budget and authority to make purchasing decisions
• Has provided valid contact information

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your target market and ideal customers
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect the privacy and rights of leads generated through our Service
• Not use the Service for illegal, harmful, or unethical purposes
• Maintain appropriate follow-up processes for generated leads

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our Service to:

• Promote illegal products or services
• Engage in spam or unsolicited communications
• Violate any social media platform's terms of service
• Collect personal information without proper consent
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service

8. Intellectual Property

ByteDream retains all rights to our proprietary technology, algorithms, and methodologies. You retain ownership of your business information and marketing materials provided to us.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy and the privacy of generated leads. Please review our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we collect, use, and protect data.

10. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

11. Limitation of Liability

ByteDream's liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. ByteDream may terminate immediately for breach of terms or non-payment.

13. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Texas.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective 30 days after posting on our website.
